Swiss Almond Dip:

2 cups cream cheese, softened

2 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese

2/3 cup mayonnaise

2/3 cup sliced almonds, plus some for topping

4 tablespoons chopped onions, sautéed until golden

Instructions:

Chop and sauté onion in cast iron pan. Then, in a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon into ungreased pie dish. Top with sliced almonds. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
